The swap button is available on the delivery and invoice of each order allowing you to record deliveries and invoices that match what was received.
Locate your order.
Click the Delivery or Invoice tab.
If working the invoice tab click Alter.
Locate the product and click Swap.
Click Product Search.
Enter the products SKU, PID or key word and click Search.
Add the Quantity and click Add.
Click Confirm.
