To view recent price changes and approve, authorize or reject them, follow the steps below.
Approve or reject price changes
📌 Notes:
If rejecting a new price, the product will continue to be available at the existing price until the supplier delists the product manually.
If the prices are highlighted in red, this means the price file is set to be market managed and can only be actioned directly within the market portal.
Click the Admin Cogs
icon.
Click Suppliers, then click Recent Price Changes.
Select the supplier from list.
Click into the Start Date box, revert the year back one year.
Click the button Refresh Display.
A table of results will appear on screen.
Above the table click one of the following buttons:
To accept all the price changes for this supplier, click the button Accept All Pages.
To accept some price changes, select the products to accept and click the button Accept Selected.
To reject all the price changes for this supplier, click the button Reject All Pages.
To reject some price changes, select the products to reject and click the button Reject Selected.
Give a user permission to approve prices for suppliers
If a user is unable to approve prices the following role permission should be checked.
Click Organisation Administration, then click Roles.
Locate the role, and click the Edit button, then click the Permissions tab.
From the menu on the left click the word Suppliers.
Set the permission by using the check boxes on the below settings:
To approve all price changes, select approve all price changes.
For selected suppliers, select approval limited price change.
If using the limited option use the check boxes by each supplier to indicate which suppliers price changes the role can approve.
To save any changes click the Update button.
Red and green arrows
The color of the arrow on the menus, dishes and recipes module indicates the following:
Red: The supplier has not submitted allergens for that product.
Green: The supplier has loaded the allergens in against that product.
When the supplier updates the allergen information, the arrow immediately updates to green.
