Limiting a flash report by user or role

If you need to limit who can see a flash report by role or user, you can do this a couple of simple steps.

The following steps will show you how to limit a flash by a user and or role:

  1. Click on the Admin Cogs icon at the top of the Screen.

  2. Click into Flash Reports, then Site Reports.

  3. Edit the Flash you wish to restrict, then click into Users/Roles Tab.

  4. Select the User and/or Role, and click the Attach button.

This function can only be restricted by the user with the appropriate role permissions, generally Head Office or Procurement Team.
