When using the flash report setting on lock and nightly theoretical in Advanced Stock, the transfers recorded in advanced stock will only display if the below are both true.
Only 1 advanced stock outlet is connected to the flash report, if you have multiple outlets connected to the same flash, this will result in each outlet updating the flash report nightly overwriting the previous outlets data.
A stock take for the outlet the transfer was created for, must be open at the time of the transfer being created, any transfer created before the stock take is opened will not back date once the stock take is opened.
If both are true and the transfers are not appearing in the flash report, please contact the support team via the digital assistant within your Procure Wizard login.
