Before a stock take can be built for a new site an outlet will need to be built. If the outlet is an additional outlet part of an existing site and the new stock take needs to be synced to the existing unit full stock takes, it's important to build the outlet before opening the new stock takes, thus creating the new stock takes together as one.
📌 Note: The below steps are only possible if you have "Manage outlets" activated in your role.
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.Click Advanced Stock, then Outlets and Stores.
Click Add New, select the required settings. Outlets are highly configurable, we would advise to set it up with the same settings as an existing outlet.
Click Save and Complete to create the outlet.
If linking sales from the flash, scroll back down on the details tab and select the required Flash Report and Till Reference and click Save.
