Managing reporting groups in advanced stock

To create reporting groups in advanced stock, you can do this within a few simple steps.

To create bespoke reporting groups for use in advanced stock reports please follow the below steps:

  1. Click the Admin Cogs icon along the top bar.

  2. Click Advanced Stock, then Manage Report Groups.

  3. To add a new group click Add Outlet Group, then select the Outlets and enter a Title and click Create.

  4. To manage an existing reporting group click the Edit button, make the required changes and click Update.

πŸ“Œ Note:

  • If using reporting groups when running or scheduling the report always leave the purchaser group to Any Group.

  • The reporting groups can be updated deleted built at any point and have no impact the stock taking process.
