If orders are not appearing in the outlet and stock take or the incorrect orders are appearing, please check the following settings in your outlet.
Mini Markets
Ensure the correct mini markets are active using the steps below.

If the ability to check or uncheck the boxes is restricted this means the outlet is being controlled by a purchaser group, to view which group is controlling click the details tab and review the purchaser group section. Visit our guide on managing purchaser groups to learn more.
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.
Click Advanced Stock, then click Outlets and Stores.
To access the outlet, click the Edit
icon.
Click the Mini Markets tab.
Use the check boxes to select or deselect the mini markets and click Update to save any changes.
Departments
Ensure the correct departments are active in the outlet.
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.
Click Advanced Stock, then click Outlets and Stores.
Locate the outlet and click the Edit
icon.
Stay on the details tab and locate the limit by department section.
Use the check boxes to activate or deactivate the required departments.
Click Update to save any changes.
Activation date of the outlet
The activation date will always default to date its was created, if the outlet is being created after the live date of the site ensure this date is corrected.
Click the Admin Cogs
Click Advanced Stock, then click Outlets and Stores.
Locate the outlet and click the Edit
Stay on the details tab and review the Activation Date.
Click Update to save any changes.
