Reasons why an order is not delivered into an outlet in advanced stock

Manage settings for a delivery to be pushed to in advanced stock.

Copies of the deliveries will be pushed into the corresponding advanced stock outlet if the Mini Market and Department the order was placed through is active in the outlet.
To check whether these are active in the Outlet navigate to the following screens in the Outlet.

Mini Market

To check the settings, please follow the below steps:

  1. Click into the Admin Cogs icon along the top bar.

  2. Click into Advanced Stock.

  3. Click into Outlets & Stores.

  4. Click into the Outlet.

  5. Click into the Mini Markets tab.


Department

To check the settings, please follow the below steps.

πŸ“Œ Note: this section is valid only if the Department is in use.

  1. Click into the Admin Cogs icon along the top bar.

  2. Click into Advanced Stock.

  3. Click into Outlets & Stores.

  4. Click into the Outlet.

  5. Stay on the details tab and scroll to the bottom to the Department section.
