Limit advanced stock outlet/stock takes by user and or role

If you need to manage user access per outlet within advanced stock, you can do this within a few simple steps.

To limit access to stock takes is done by attaching users or roles to the outlet, this is done in the following screen, please note it is not possible to restrict by department. This only works in conjunction with the advanced stock role permission Access Own Outlets Only.

  1. Click the Admin Cogs icon, then Advanced Stock.

  2. Click Outlets and Stores.

  3. Edit the outlet, then the User / Role tab.

  4. Add or remove Users and or Roles to the outlet.
