Managing user access to advanced stock outlets by user or role

If you need to limit a users access to certain outlets within advanced stock, you can do this within a few simple steps.

To limit a users view of which outlets they see when viewing outlet and stores in advanced stock can be done by attaching a user and or role to the outlets.

Example would be attaching the beverage role to the beverage outlets therefore removing any food and consumable stock takes from the users view.

  1. Click into the Admin Cogs icon along the top.

  2. Click into Advanced Stock and into Outlets and Stores.

  3. Edit the outlet and click into the Users / Roles tab.

  4. Select the user and or role and click Attach to Outlet button to confirm.
