If you a user requires access to advanced stock, providing you have access to organisation administration area you can update the role permissions and add users, or roles to view outlet. Follow the steps below.
Check role permissions have been assigned
To check roles permissions that have been assigned, follow the below steps:
Click on the Admin Cogs at the top.
Click on Purchaser Administration then click on Purchaser Roles.
Edit the role in question then click on Permissions tab.
Select Advanced Stock Controls from the left.
Tick Access Outlets and also Manage Outlets.
Click Update.
Add the user or role to view Outlet/Stores
To add a user or role to view outlets/stores, follow the below steps:
Click on Advanced Stock Controls.
Click on Outlets/Stores.
Click Edit
on relevant outlet.Click on Users/Roles tab
To add or delete User, select name from the drop-down list.
If by role, select from the role options.
Name appears in the listing above.
