Manage user site connections

If you need assign remove or update an user's role connection to a site, you can do this within a few simple steps.

Once an user is created you can then attach the user to one or more sites.

πŸ“Œ Notes:

  • If you do not have access to the Organisation Administration area, please contact your Manager, Head Office or Super User.

  • Users can have a different role per site.

  • If you are moving an existing user to a new role please de-attach them first to remove the connection before following the below steps.

  1. Click the Admin Cogs Cogs.jpg icon along the top bar.

  2. Click Organisation Administration, then click Users.

  3. Locate the user and click the Edit Edit icon.jpg icon, then click the Associated Sites tab.

  4. Select the site and role from the lists provided.

  5. Click Attach To Site.
