Each time the accounts export is generated, a copy of this file will always be available to you to view, download or reset. Each export is given a unique ID code at the point of being generated, If you are looking for a specific file the easiest way to locate it is by filtering the page for the ID, each invoice and credit belonging to that export will be assigned this unique ID and is found at the bottom of the details tab of each order and credit.

If you cannot find the export ID this will mean the incorrect software was selected, repeat the below steps for all other software templates to locate the file and reset it.
If you reset the file, the entire contents of the file will be reset and all invoices and credits will be picked up on the next export run automatically.
If any of the options detailed below are not available, please contact your system administrator to update your role permissions.
Click the Admin Cogs
icon at the top of the page.
Click Accounts Export, if multiple account systems appear click on the name of the program you use.
Click the Past Exports tab.
Adjust the date range is needed and use the filter box to locate the file.
You can now do the following:
Download the file.
Reset the file using the green arrow
icon.
Resend the file to your SFTP folder.
