To enter a sales mix of dishes sales of past or future to review the profitability of the menu, please follow the below steps.
Click the Admin Cogs
icon at top of page
Click Menus, Dishes and Recipes, then click Manage Menus.
To select the menu grouping to report on click the Brown Folder
icon or click the menu Title Name.
Click the Menu Engineering tab.
Enter a sales mix using the boxes in the column titled mix or to find and retrieve a past set click Load Mix.
Any new or adjusted mix can be saved by clicking Save Mix As.
