Reporting on menus is done via the menu engineering tab, this can be ran per menu or by menu grouping.
Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click Menus, Dishes and Recipes, then click Manage Menus.
To navigate to the menu level you wish to report on click the Title or Brown Folder icon.
Click Menu Engineering.
There are multiple views and data sets available within this report:
Financials.
Analysis profit margin.
Analysis profit percentage.
Product consumption.
Once selected the page will refresh and allow you to enter a sales mix.
