The menu is built in 3 levels, before any menu grouping or course can be deleted all connected dishes must be removed first, then all lower-level courses and groupings deleted.
⚠️ Important: You cannot undo the following actions.
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top.
Click Menu, Dishes, and Recipes.
Locate the menu and click the:
Folder
icon on the 1st level menu grouping.

Use the check boxes to select the dishes and click Detach Dishes.
Once the dishes are detached you can then delete the course category by clicking the Red Cross
icon.
