If a stock take has been created and there are no products showing on the stock tab this may be related to the Mini Markets selected within the stock take. To update the Mini markets within the stock take you would follow the below steps:
Log into Procure Wizard.
At the top, click on the Admin Cogs
icon.At the left, click on Stock Controls.
At the left, click on Stock Taking.
At the right, Edit the Stock Take you want to update.
At the top, click Mini Markets.
Select the required Mini Market.
At the bottom, click Update.
If a No Entry sign appears when trying to add the mini markets, this will be that the stock Take is linked to a Purchaser Group. You will need access to the Organisation Administration tab and follow the below steps:
Click on the Organisation Administration tab.
Click on Purchaser Groups tab.
Click Edit and then add the additional Mini Markets.
