Manage mini markets in flash reports

If you need add or remove mini markets from a flash report, you can do this within a few simple steps.

Orders, credits and returns display in the flash reports via two settings, these are mini markets and departments. Once a mini market is selected all the orders placed via that mini market and through that site will appear the data tab of the flash. The following steps guide you through managing which mini markets are active.

Flash report with no purchaser group assigned

To manage a flash report with no purchaser group assigned, please follow the below steps:

  1. Click the Admin Cogs icon along the top bar.

  2. Click Flash Reports, then click Site Reports.

  3. Locate the flash from the table and click the Edit button.

  4. Click the Mini Markets tab.

  5. Use the check boxes to activate or deactivate a mini market. If the check boxes display a no entry symbol, please review the steps below titled flash report with purchaser group assigned.

  6. Click the Save Changes button to confirm any changes.

Purchaser groups allow for increased efficiency and accuracy by having the same mini markets activated across all related flash reports and stock takes, once a purchaser group is assigned to the flash the mini markets are controlled directly within the purchaser group, this means when you add or remove a mini market from the purchaser group it will update all related flash reports.

  1. Click the Admin Cogs icon along the top bar.

  2. Click Flash Reports, then click Site Reports.

  3. Locate the flash from the table and click the Edit button.

  4. Locate the purchaser group setting and take note of the group selected.

  5. Click Organisation Administration, then click Purchaser Groups.

  6. Locate the group and click the Edit button, then click the Mini Market tab.

  7. Use the check boxes to activate or deactivate the mini markets.

  8. Click the Save Changes button to confirm any changes.
