Application refreshing on Apple and Android devices

When logging into Procure Wizard through Access Workspace and the page is constantly refreshing and requesting you to login, you can resolve within a couple of simple steps.

If you are experiencing refreshing that logs you out of the product every 10 to 30 seconds this is due to browser setting commonly referred to as cross-site tracking. This setting is generally set within each browser or on the devices settings section, please refer to your manufacturers guidebook if your browser or device is not listed below.

Safari or Apple devices

  1. Access the device.

  2. Open the Settings app.

  3. Select the app Safari.

  4. Scroll down Privacy & Security settings.

  5. Switch off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.


Android devices

Turn Do Not Track on or off

  1. On your Android device, open Chrome .

  2. To the right of the address bar, tap More. Settings.

  3. Tap Privacy and security.

  4. Tap Send a Do Not Track request.

  5. Turn the setting on or off.
