How do you update a Mini Market within a Purchaser Group?

Update your Mini Market within your Purchaser Group.

If you have connected your Stock Takes to your Purchaser groups then you will need to update the Purchaser Group to change the Mini Markets within the Stock Takes. If you are unsure if your stock is linked to a Purchaser group you can edit the stock take and if you are unable to amend the Mini Markets that means that it is linked to a Purchaser Group.

To update the Purchaser Group you would follow the below steps:

  1. Log into Procure Wizard.

  2. At the top, click on the Admin Cogs icon.

  3. At the left, click Purchaser Administration.

  4. At the left, click Purchaser Groups.

  5. At the right, edit the Purchaser Group you wish to update.

  6. At the top, click Mini Markets.

  7. Select or Deselect the required Mini Market.

  8. Click Save Changes.

πŸ“Œ Note: If you are not able to see Purchaser Administration on the left hand menu then please contact your Head Office or Super User.
