Attach documents to orders or credits

If you need to attach documents to an order or credit, you can do this within a few simple steps.

Documents can be added to orders and credits for any reason, but most commonly used for:

  • Copy of the original invoice.

  • Copy of the original order quote.

  • Copy of the signed POD, proof of delivery, signed delivery docket.

πŸ“Œ Notes:

  • If a document has been uploading incorrectly this can be removed by clicking on the red cross icon.

  • Documents will be visible to both customer and supplier.

  • Maximum document size is 10MB.

  1. Locate your Order.

  2. Click the Invoice or Delivery tab.

  3. Click the button Invoice Documents, and enter the following details if required:

    • Title.

    • Issue date.

    • Expiry date.

  4. To locate and attach the file click the button Select File.

  5. Once the file has been found and selected click the button Upload Document.
