There is currently no role permission combination to provide a strict view only access to menus, dishes and recipes (MDR), but the following role configuration will allow a user to view the menus but not able to attach or edit dish connections to the menu. (it will give them the ability to create dishes & recipes).
Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click Organisation Administration, then Roles.
Edit relevant role the user is attached to, then click the Permissions tab.
From sub menu shown on the left, click Menus Dishes and Recipes.
Ensure the only check box activated is:
Create Own Dishes and Recipes.
Scroll down and click Save Settings.
