Allergen report per menu

If you need to review the allergens on each dish per menu you can do this within a few simple steps.

The allergen report found within the menu reporting section allows you to review the current allergen content of each dish connected to that menu and also has the ability to view at product level by displaying the products within each dish, to run this report please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.

  2. Click Menus, Dishes and Recipes, then click Manage Menus.

  3. To select the menu grouping to review click the Brown Folder icon or the Title of the menu.

  4. Click the Allergen Report tab at the top and adjust the default search parameters if required:

    • Dishes.

    • Include Products.

    • Exclude dishes missing allergen data.

  5. Click one of the following buttons to view or download the allergen data:

    • Display Data.

    • Export to PDF.

    • Export as CSV.

    • Schedule CSV.
