If an order has been created with the incorrect mini market, department or user, this information can be amended by moving the order status to auto created. This opens these fields in the details tab allowing for these to be amended, the following steps will guide you through the process.
π Notes:
Can only be done if you have the role permission update order statuses.
Can not be actioned if the order has been exported to your accounts software.
Locate the order using the order search tools on the dashboard.
Click the Status Log tab and locate the force status change section.
From the list titled new status and select Auto Created.
From the list titled delivery and select Unlocked and click Update Settings.
Click the Details tab of the order.
Update the mini market, department and user and click Save. Once all three are populated, the order will move back to awaiting delivery status automatically.
