Minimum order value - MOV and delivery charges are managed directly within the self managed supplier account, the following steps will guide you how to log in as the supplier and then navigate to page within the supplier portal to action.
View and manage existing settings
To view and manage existing settings, please follow the below steps:
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.Click Suppliers, then click Manage Suppliers.
Click the tab Self Managed, and locate the supplier in the table.
Click the button Sign In, this will take you to the supplier portal.
Click Purchasers, then click Current Purchasers.
Click the Company Name, then click the Relationship tab.
Add, delete or create new settings per site using the below options:
Red Cross icon to delete.
Edit icon to update an existing setting.
Create new setting to build a new setting.
Create a new setting
To create a new setting, please follow the below steps.
📌 Notes:
You do not need to set the minimum order value, items and delivery charge if not required, either can be set to match your requirement.
When entering the decimal values do not add in the currency symbol.
Click the button Create New Setting.
Using the selected sites section use the plus icons to open the company structure, then use the check boxes to select which sites to create the new setting for.
Select the payment option using the list box, please note this has no impact or further use in Procure Wizard and is only used as a reference to supplier, and is not visible to the purchaser when placing the order.
Enter the minimum order value in a decimal value, this will stop any order being received below the minimum threshold per value.
Enter the minimum order items in a decimal value format, this will stop any order being received below the minimum threshold per quantity.
Enter the delivery cost threshold in a decimal value.
Enter the cost below threshold, excluding vat, in a decimal value. If there is no charge above the threshold set as 0.00 or leave blank.
Enter the cost below threshold, excluding vat, in a decimal value.
Click the Update button to create the new setting.
