At the moment minimum order quantities are not supported on the system but you can set up and amend a minimum order value.
Set up a minimum order value
To set up minimum order value on the Supplier portal within Procure Wizard, follow the steps below:
Click Current Purchasers, then select the required customer.
Click the Relationship tab, then click Create New Setting.
Select the site or sites required.
Enter the required value in the Minimum Order Value box.
The minimum order value is exclusive of VAT. If your minimum order is inclusive of VAT, increase or decrease this by 20% accordingly.
Click Create.
Amend a minimum order value
To amend the current minimum order value, follow the steps below:
Click Current Purchasers and select the required customer.
Click the Relationship tab and edit
the existing setting.Scroll down to Minimum Order Values.
Update or remove the minimum order value as required.
Select Update.
