Manage site delivery charges

You can add or update a delivery charge on your account for your customers.

As a supplier, you can set up or amend a delivery charge for your customer following the steps below.

πŸ“Œ Notes:

  • All sites must have their own setting created.

  • There is no option to default to all sites.

  • Do not edit an existing setting to attach more sites to it.

  • The minimum order value can also be set when creating this setting.

Set delivery charge per site

  1. Click Purchasers, then click Current Purchasers.

  2. Locate the purchaser and click the Magnifying Glass to access.

  3. Click the Relationship tab, then click Create New Setting.

  4. Locate the select sites section and click the Plus to view and select the new sites.

  5. Locate the delivery cost section and set the following:

    • Delivery cost threshold.

    • Cost below threshold.

    • Cost above threshold.

  6. Click Create.


Update an existing sites delivery charge setting

  1. Click Purchasers, then click Current Purchasers.

  2. Locate the purchaser and click the Magnifying Glass to access.

  3. Click the Relationship tab,

  4. Locate the site and click Edit to access.

  5. Locate the delivery cost section and set the following:

    • Delivery cost threshold.

    • Cost below threshold.

    • Cost above threshold.

  6. Click Update.
