Procure Wizard runs a search each evening to locate and automatically set alternatives. If you would like to learn more about this process, please visit our guide covering how products are automatically set as alternatives.
If a product is out with the parameters the product can be set manually, the below steps walk you through the process.
Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar,
Click Products and Categories.
Click Product Management and search for the product you wish to set the alternative too.
Click the Edit button and into the Alternatives tab (this page is not designed to show the products in cheapest to most expensive).
Add the PID. Only adjust the ratio if the product you are adding has a non-comparable pack size such as Each to KG.
Click Add Alternative to complete.
