A recipe is a preparation of ingredients that make several portions then be used as a portion within a dish.
To create a recipe, follow the steps below:
📌Note: If building a recipe that will then be purchased by a site for central production units (CPUs) the product added to recipe will be the batch recipes assigned PID and not a recipe portion.
Click the Admin Cogs
icon.
Click Menus, Dishes and Recipes, then click Manage Batch Recipes.
Alternatively, you may have Menus And Dishes on your main dashboard depending on your access.

Click Build New Recipe.
Enter the required fields:
Title.
Short description.
Amount:
The quantity the recipe makes.
You can add this measurement and sub-measurements to a dish.
Click Create.
Click the Ingredients tab use the following buttons to populate your recipe with ingredients:
Add product.
Add recipe portion.
Once you've created a recipe, you can add it to dishes as an ingredient.
