Managing the ability to create credits at user level

If you need to activate or deactivate the ability to raise credits at user or role level, you can do this within a few simple steps.

To activate or deactivate the ability to create credits at user level is done through the users role.

  1. Click the Admin Cogs icon along the top bar.

  2. Click Organisation Administration, then Roles.

  3. Edit the role, then Permission tab.

  4. Select the sub header Order Management.

  5. Locate the permission Can Create Credit and use the check box to activate or deactivate.

  6. Scroll down to the bottom and click Update to save any changes.
