Managing the role permission to create ad hoc orders

If you need to manage the ability for a user to create an ad hoc order, you can do this within a few simple steps.

The ability to create an ad hoc order is controlled in the users role, the below steps will take you to the setting:

  1. Click the Admin Cogs icon along the top bar.

  2. Click Organisation Administration, then Roles.

  3. Edit the user's role, then Permission tab.

  4. Navigate to the sub header Order Management.

  5. Locate the setting Can Create Ad hoc Order and use the check box to activate or deactivate.

  6. Scroll down and click Update to save any changes.
