To check the last publish date and time please follow the below steps:
Click into the Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click into Till Management, and into Publish Profiles.
Review the column headed as Last Run Time.
If the profile has not automatically ran at your default time, consider moving the time to avoid 1am-6am. And ensure the publishing is enabled in the general settings of till management.
