Adding existing products to a self managed or Ad Hoc supplier

If you need to assign an existing product ID - PID to one or more existing self managed suppliers, you can do this within a couple of simple steps.

To assign a product, SKU, product code or PID (product ID) to your self managed supplier, please follow the below steps.

  1. Click into the Admin Cogs along the top bar.

  2. Click into Products and Categories and into Product Management.

  3. Search for the product using a Key Word, PID, or SKU code, and Edit the required product from the search results.

  4. Click into the Buy From tab.

  5. Click the button Add Supplier and select the Self Managed Supplier or Ad hoc from the drop-down box, set the Cost Price and click Add Supplier Price.
