If orders have been created and the supplier confirmed these are linked to a standing order, check your current standing orders if the supplier isn't linked to any, this could mean that this has been setup in the suppliers own system. The orders will be auto created and can be confirmed by checking the status log tab. It will state Auto Order Created.
