There isn't a way of doing this on masse, to unlink this will need to be done individually. Providing you have the correct access follow the steps below, if not, please contact your Head Office or a Superuser to action this for you.
Click Admin cogs
icon.Click on Products & Categories tab.
Click on Product Management.
Locate product.
Click on the Supply Chain tab and remove.
This can be done on product level, dish level and recipe level that supply chains are attached to.
