Once products are created and your Procure Wizard account has been identified as selling food and beverage items to 1 or more Procure Wizard customers, then all your products will be able to be updated for allergens, nutrition, product info and dietary suitability. The below will guide you through the process of updating and maintaining this information either on screen or via a export import file.

Before you get started, ensure your user profile has the correct permissions to access these areas.

All new products are created as missing allergens and must then be assigned their allergen content, this includes identifying if the product does not contain any allergens, this can be updated product by product on screen, or by exporting your products on mass via an export and import file.

Nutritional content is entered against each product per 100g or 100ml, to calculate this correctly please ensure the products total weight (excluding packaging) is entered for the average weight. This can be done product by product on screen or completed on mass via the export and import file.

Your products ingredient information is used to create labels for finished products and is referred as Natasha's Law in the UK, this information can be entered on screen product by product, on mass via the export and import file.

Each of your products can be assigned its dietary suitability, this can only be managed via the export and import file.
