These steps only relate to creating baskets with full system and self managed suppliers.
More or less required fields may appear depending on the mini market settings.
Ordering Portal
To create a new basket from the ordering portal, please follow the steps:
Click the New Basket tile from the main dashboard.
Select and set the following criteria, these may differ depending on the mini market setup:
Site - if connected to multiple sites.
Mini Market.
Department.
Order name.
Order reference.
Requested delivery date.
Click Finish.
Classic ordering
To create a new basket through classic ordering, please follow the steps:
If connected to multiple sites ensure the correct site is selected using the current site list in the top right.
Click the New Basket tile from the main dashboard.
select and set the following criteria, these may differ depending on the mini market setup:
Mini Market.
Department.
Order name.
Order reference.
Requested delivery date.
Click Continue.
⚠️ Important: the basket will remain active for 14 days before it's automatically discarded.
