When placing a basket and the check-out button is missing, the cause of this is that a restricted product has been added to the basket, this restriction is applied at category level within the mini market, the below steps provide steps to allow the product to be purchased.
📌 Notes:
To place the order, remove or replace the products displaying the message no valid supplier.
This only impacts the classic ordering experience and does not impact the new ordering portal.
Click the Admin Cogs along the top.
Click Mini Markets, then click Manage Mini Markets.
Click the the Edit button to access the Mini Market.
Click the tab titled Categories.
Use the plus icons to open and navigate to the category.
Click on the category Name, then click the tab titled Suppliers.
Use the check boxes for each supplier to select or de-select (having no suppliers selected means the category is unrestricted and any supplier can be used).
Click the Save Changes button to save any changes.
