Product validation and troubleshooting for locating products in baskets

If you need to validate a product against a mini market and site to find out why the product is not available or visible to end users when placing an order, you can do this within a few simple steps.

Can't add a product to your basket

If you can't add a product to your basket, you have trouble finding a product to order, or if supplier products aren't showing to order, or a message stating no valid supplier found, you need to check that the product is available to purchase.

πŸ€“ Tip: This also helps if the product is no longer available in the favourite list and is displaying no prices found.


Check if a product is available to purchase

To check that the product is available to purchase, follow the steps below:

  1. At the left of the main dashboard, locate the tool product locator.

  2. Using the box provided enter the PID, SKU or key word, and click the button Search Products.

  3. Navigate to the right of the page and click the icon Product Validation.

  4. A pop-up screen will appear from the lists provided select the:

    • Mini Market.

    • Site.

  5. Using your mouse hoover your cursor over any Red Squares. These are the blockers stopping the product being found in the basket.
