If nominal management is active in the mini market settings, new products depending on the settings chosen maybe held in nominal management for review. Any product held will not be available to be bought which maybe a reason why newly accepted products are not available to be bought in the baskets. To find this area and to release the products please follow these steps:
Click into the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.Click into Nominal Management.
Click into Manage Nominal Codes.
Select the Mini Market.
Click Refresh and the products pending will appear on screen.
At this point there are numerous actions available
Reject All.
Accept All.
Release All.
Update Nominal.
Update Dept Code.
Activate Product.
Accept & Release individual products.
When clicking on the mini market, if a number in brackets display this means those products haven't been released. If you are searching for one product, you will need to check each page if more than 1. To release ensure the nominal codes have been entered, the product is made active and then you will need to click on Accept All or Release All button.
