Nominal management allows you to monitor and hold any new products to the system to ensure they are coded correctly before being purchased and exported to your accounts package.
Click the Admin Cogs icon along the top bar.
Click Mini Markets, then click Manage Mini Markets.
Locate the mini market and click the Edit button to access.
Stay on the details tab and scroll down to locate the sub area nominal code management, to open the area click on the name Nominal Code Management.
Use the check box labelled enable nominal management to activate or deactivate.
There are several levels in which new products can be held for review, use the check boxes provided to activate or deactivate on the following levels:
Enable nominal management.
Alert on all new products.
Alert and hold on new 1st level category.
Alert and hold on new 2nd level category.
Alert and hold on new product level category.
Alert and hold on all new products until nominal code set.
Alert and hold product unless market code set.
Click the Update button to save any changes.
