Within the mini markets, you can restrict products to ensure the correct products are being purchased against the correct nominal. To do this at product level, follow the steps below.
📌 Note: If you don't have access to mini markets or products & categories, please contact your Head Office or Super User.
By category
To manage product availability by category, follow the steps below:
Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click Mini Markets, then Manage Mini Markets.
Locate the mini markets and click Edit to access.
Click the Categories tab.
Click the Plus + icon and expand the required category to the 3rd level.
Click the Name of the 3rd level category.
Click the Products tab.
Use the Light Bulb to activate or deactivate.
By product code
To manage product availability by product code, follow the steps below:
Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click Products and Categories, then click Product Management.
Locate the product by PID/SKU/Key Word, then click Edit to access.
Click the Mini Market Settings tab, then select the Mini Market.
Check or uncheck the Is Active setting.
Click Save Settings.
