Manual refresh of categories in the mini market

If you have accepted new products and require these to be available asap, you can do this within a few simple steps.

Once new products have been accepted they will not appear in the ordering screen to the end users till the mini market categories have refreshed, this process can be automated per mini market but will have an expected delay of approximately 1 hour. This delay can be bypassed by manually refreshing the categories.

πŸ“Œ Notes:

  • Purchaser categories require a manual refresh to push new categories into the required mini markets.

  • The ordering portal requires a 30mins refresh which cannot be bypassed.

Manual refresh of categories

To manually refresh categories, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.

  2. Click Mini Markets, then click Manage Mini Markets.

  3. Locate the mini market a from the table and click Edit to access.

  4. Click the Suppliers tab.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update Categories.


Auto refresh categories

  1. Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.

  2. Click Mini Markets, then click Manage Mini Markets.

  3. Locate the mini market a from the table and click Edit to access.

  4. Stay on the details tab and navigate to the products and categories section.

  5. Use the check box to activate or deactivate the setting Automatically refresh categories.

  6. Click Update to save any changes.
