Update allergen data for a single product

If you need to enter or update a products allergen content, you can do this within a few simple steps.

If you have a few products to update for allergen content the following steps outline how to do this on screen 1 product at a time.

πŸ“Œ Notes:

  • This can also be done via an import export file for mass updates.

  • All products created are set as missing allergens, if a product does not contain any allergens, it must be updated to state this.

  1. Click Price Lists.

  2. Click Product Search.

  3. Enter the products SKU, PID or key word and click Locate Products.

  4. If multiple products have been found matching your search, click View Settings to access the product.

  5. Click the Allergens tab.

  6. Click Enter Allergen Data.

  7. Update the allergen information using the lists by selecting:

    • Yes.

    • No.

    • May Contain.

  8. If the product contains no allergens, ensure you select Yes from the no allergens list.

  9. Click Save All.
