When you add products, you need to enter the products allergens. There are 13 main allergens and 12 sub allergens that you need to update. To update allergens for multiple products at once, you may want to update allergens using the export.
To update the allergens for a single product, follow the steps below:
Click the Admin Cogs along the top.
Click Products and Categories, then click Product Management.
Search for the product by entering the products PID, SKU, or Keyword.
Click Search.
Locate the product and click the Edit to access.
Click the Allergens tab, then click Enter Allergen Data.
From each list, select Yes, No or May Contain.
If the product contains no allergens, from the No Allergens list, select Yes.
Click Save All.
