A splitting rule allows you to control which customers can buy the split option of full case products.
Click Delivery Settings.
Click Splitting Rule.
Click Create New Rule.
Enter a title and click Create.
Click the Edit to access.
Click the Assigned Purchasers tab.
Select the customer.
Select the sites.
Click Add.
