There are 3 ways that you can locate orders and credits on Procure Wizard:
Quick order and product locator.
Orders and credits overview.
Orders or credits/returns sidebar.
Quick Order and Product Locator
To quickly locate an order within the portal, in the Quick Order and Product Locator function insert the Procure Wizard ID, (PO number) of the order or credit you wish to see into the search box and select Go.
Orders and credits overview
You can locate orders and credits by stage by following the steps below:
To open the home page, click Home.
Under either Orders Overview, or Credits Overview, select the stage of the order or credit.
To open the order details, click the required ID number.
Use the filters to refine your search.
Alternatively, there are three dots* in the Value column, click a dot to open the respective tab. From left to right:
Purchase order.
Delivery.
Invoice tabs.
Or select the View order icon to the right of the value column.
📌 Note: The color of the dots indicates the following:
Blue: The order has not passed this stage.
Green: The order has passed this stage.
Red: The order has passed this stage however the system has identified disparities within the invoice.

You can also locate orders and credits by clicking either Orders or Credits/Returns and selecting the stage you require.
