Suspend relationship
If you want to suspend relationship with a customer, you can do this by following the steps below.
📌 Note: Customers cannot be deleted from your account.
Click on Purchasers tab.
Click on Current Purchasers tab.
Edit relevant customer.
Click on the Relationship tab.
Click on Suspend Relationship button.
Deactivate the price list
📌 Note: You must ensure the products within the price list have been delisted before following the steps below.
Click on Price Lists.
Click on Manage Price File tab.
Edit relevant price file.
Untick the Is Active setting.
Click Update button.
