The group report can provide you with a combined view of totals for multiple flash reports for which you have access to, either across the site or where applicable across sites.
Within this section there are multiple available reports:
General summary report will display and combine the financial values of the flashes data tab.
Dish forecast and sales report, will provide a breakdown of dish sale actuals.
Duplicate Epos codes will provide a list of duplicate Epos codes found within the flash report.
Flash report orders will provide a list of orders and corresponding values and order information contained within the flash report.
Dish summary report will provide a combined financial total per flash from the imported dish sales.
Click the Admin Cogs along the top bar.
Click Flash Reports, then click Group Reports.
Starting from filter purchaser groups list select the which flash reports to include, you have several options to choose from:
Any group will include all flash report assigned to a purchaser group.
No group will only include flash reports not assigned a purchaser group.
Specify reports, will allow you to select which flash reports to include by holding the CTRL button down on your keyboarding and clicking each flash from the list.
Purchaser groups, allows you to select a pre created purchaser group that is assigned to the flash reports.
Select the report type from the list. All options are outlined above in the bullet points.
Select the period, here you have multiple option:
Current period.
Period range.
Date range (this allows you to enter a custom date range within a given period).
Click Display Reports, Export or Schedule to view or extract your report.
