If sales need to be correct this can be done on screen via the flash report, once corrected in the flash report will correct the sales / depletion in the stock take.
To manually override the sales in the flash complete the below steps:
Step 1 : Unlock the dish sales tab for manual override
Click the Admin Cogs
icon along the top bar.
Click Flash Reports on the left, then Site Reports.
Edit the flash.
On the Details tab un-check the box settings Integrate Till Management module and Dish Sales under the section User Modification.
Click the Save button at the bottom.
Step 2 : Correct the sales in the flash
Click the Dish Sales tab.
Click the day by using the Day/Date button.
Correct the sales by overtyping the values shown
Click the Save button at the bottom
Step 3: Undo step 1 relocking the page and reconnecting to the till module for automation.
